SAN MATEO COUNTY DEMOCRACY FOR AMERICA

Counterterrorism expert Brian Fishman, a favorite of SMCDFA, will give us a sneak preview of his about-to-be published book, “The Master Plan: ISIS, al Qaeda, and the Jihadi Strategy for Final Victory,” an incisive narrative history of the Islamic State, from the 2005 master plan to reestablish the Caliphate to its quest for final victory in 2020.

We’ll also review the national, state and local 2016 election results of the day before, and discuss what those results might mean for the future of the country and for political organizations such as SMCDFA.
